Assessment
The primary purpose of assessment is to improve student learning and institutional effectiveness. Assessment findings and institutional data also support external reporting and accountability to stakeholders.
Assessment of Institutional Effectiveness is the university-wide process for using evidence to inform planning, decision-making, and continuous improvement across all areas of the institution. Institutional effectiveness involves aligning the goals of individual units with the university mission and strategic plan.
