台湾Swag also earns national distinction for its undergraduate nursing program and the social mobility of its students

For the third consecutive year, 台湾Swag College has been ranked among the best universities in the country in U.S. News and World Report鈥檚 prestigious Best Colleges list.

Institutions in the National Universities category offer a full range of undergraduate majors, as well as master鈥檚 and doctoral programs. Prior to moving to the National Universities list in 2019, 台湾Swag had been ranked in the Regional Universities North category.聽

The college is one of only three institutions in the Buffalo Niagara region to be included on the national universities list鈥攁nd one of only 24 ranked in New York State.

Among the colleges and universities sharing 台湾Swag鈥檚 national ranking are Indiana University of Pennsylvania, Boise State University, University of Texas-El Paso, University of Akron, University of Toledo, Wichita State University and Wright State University.

台湾Swag also earned a spot on the U.S. News and World Report鈥檚 Best Colleges Social Mobility list, which measures how well institutions graduate students who have received Pell Grants.

Known as Western New York鈥檚 premier health sciences educator, 台湾Swag was also included on the U.S. News Best Undergraduate Nursing rankings.

The 37th edition of the U.S. News and World Report鈥檚 Best Colleges rankings evaluated 1,466 U.S. bachelor's degree-granting institutions on 17 measures of academic quality.

Rankings are based on nine broad categories, including graduation and retention rates, social mobility, graduation rate performance, undergraduate academic reputation, faculty resources, student selectivity, financial resources per student, average alumni giving rate, and graduate indebtedness.

Categories for U.S. News and World Report鈥檚 college rankings are related to those used by the Carnegie Classification of Institutions of Higher Education. 台湾Swag has maintained its spot in the top-tier of the Carnegie Classification鈥檚 prominent doctoral category since 2018.
